Two-Way Radios

Advanced Wireless Communications provides a full line-up of durable industrial radios and radio accessories, many of which have achieved rigorous MilSpec standards.

Reliable Radio Coverage for Large Buildings

Providing reliable radio coverage in a million square foot building with steel racking and sorters can be challenging. Our experienced design engineers can create a design that assures full coverage while minimizing infrastructure costs.

POLICE/FIRE RADIO COMPLIANCE (ERRS)

Most states and municipalities now require owners of large buildings to provide signal boosting equipment to provide coverage to police/fire radios. Advanced Wireless Communications has extensive experience in meeting Police/Fire Radio Requirements requirements, working with regulators and implementing cost effective solutions.

FCC Licensing and Compliance

FCC licensing can be complex and confusing. Our on-staff FCC coordinators complete all necessary FCC paperwork and assure full regulatory compliance. We make the process simple.

Warranty and Repair Services

Advanced Wireless Communications provides prompt repairs and a convenient online RMA process. Repair and warranty is handled in our facility, not redirected to a remote repair center. We provide 4 day turn times on radio repairs.

Radios for Forklifts and MHEs

Equipping material handling equipment with two-way radios improves productivity. Radios can be mounted into various MHEs using the available electrical system eliminating the need for charging. Advanced Wireless Communications offers mounting solutions that provide flexible installation and easy access.

Integration With Other Systems

Radios can be integrated to automatically receive critical notifications from other systems. Advanced Wireless Communications’ Odin System can integrate with fire, security, temperature and sorting systems to transmit time-sensitive notifications directly to radios.

Cold Chain Solutions

Achieving reliable coverage into an insulated freezer section can be challenging. Advanced Wireless Communications has extensive experience in meeting the needs of cold chain clients.

What infrastructure is required to cover a large warehouse?

A large distribution center typically requires a radio repeater system connected to an antenna or multiple antennas.  A properly designed repeater system will ensure reliable radio coverage while minimizing infrastructure costs.

Will the radios work outside? Can we communicate with yard trucks and the guard shack?

Yes, repeater systems can be designed to provide reliable in-building coverage and outside coverage.  Advanced Wireless Communications typically designs systems to provide “fence-to-fence” radio coverage.

What solutions are available for forklifts and MHEs?

Advanced Wireless Communications recommends installing a mobile radio into forklifts and MHEs.  The mounted radio provides the user with easy access to the radio and speaker mic.  The radio is powered by the electrical system of the forklift.

Can I connect multiple buildings?
